1、當(dāng)臨街通道、場(chǎng)內(nèi)通道、出入建筑物通道、施工電梯及物料提升機(jī)地面進(jìn)料口作業(yè)通道處于墜落半徑內(nèi)或處于起重機(jī)起重臂回轉(zhuǎn)范圍內(nèi)時(shí)，要設(shè)置加工棚及防護(hù)通道，以避免發(fā)生物體打擊事故。

1. When the street access, on-site access, building access, construction elevator and material elevator ground feed inlet operation channel are within the falling radius or within the slewing range of the crane boom, the processing shed and protective channel shall be set to avoid biological impact accidents.

2、通道、加工棚應(yīng)采用建筑鋼管扣件腳手架或其他型鋼材料搭設(shè)，嚴(yán)禁采用竹木桿件搭設(shè)加工棚。

3、通道及加工棚的頂部嚴(yán)密鋪設(shè)雙層正交竹串片腳手板或雙層正交木模板的水平硬質(zhì)防護(hù)，及封閉的防護(hù)欄或擋板，整體應(yīng)能承受10kPa的均布靜荷載。塔吊主要經(jīng)行線路、轉(zhuǎn)料平臺(tái)、卸料平臺(tái)落物曲線范圍內(nèi)的通道及加工棚頂部嚴(yán)密鋪設(shè)雙層正交厚木板。

3. The top of the passage and processing shed shall be closely paved with double-layer orthogonal bamboo string scaffold board or double-layer orthogonal wood formwork for horizontal hard protection, and the closed guard rail or baffle shall be able to withstand a uniform static load of 10kPa as a whole. The tower crane mainly passes through the route, the transfer platform, the passage within the falling curve range of the unloading platform, and the top of the processing shed, which is closely paved with double-layer orthogonal thick plank.

4、特別重要或大型的通道、加工棚及懸挑式防護(hù)設(shè)施要制定專項(xiàng)技術(shù)方案，經(jīng)企業(yè)技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人審批后實(shí)施。

4. Special technical schemes shall be formulated for particularly important or large passages, processing sheds and cantilevered protective facilities, which shall be implemented after being approved by the technical director of the enterprise.

5、通道的搭設(shè)：通道凈空高度和寬度應(yīng)根據(jù)通道所處位置及人、車通行要求確定，高度一般不低于3.5米，寬度一般不低于3米。高度在15m米以下建筑物，其進(jìn)出口通道長(zhǎng)度不低于3米。高度在15-30米的建筑物，其進(jìn)出口通道長(zhǎng)度不低于4米。高度超過(guò)30米的建筑物，其進(jìn)出口通道長(zhǎng)度不低于5米。通道長(zhǎng)度自腳手架外排立桿起算。

5. Passage erection: The clearance height and width of the passage shall be determined according to the passage location and the requirements for people and vehicles. The height is generally not less than 3.5 meters, and the width is generally not less than 3 meters. For buildings with a height below 15m, the length of the entrance and exit passage shall not be less than 3m. For buildings with a height of 15-30 meters, the length of the entrance and exit passage shall not be less than 4 meters. For buildings with a height of more than 30 meters, the length of the entrance and exit channels shall not be less than 5 meters. The length of the passage shall be calculated from the vertical poles outside the scaffold.
